Our services begin with a 90-minute first session during which we’ll discuss your current social habits and practices and your short-term and long-term social goals. Thereafter, we’ll prepare a customized session plan appropriate for your needs. Follow-up consultations last 45 to 60 minutes and include fun, interactive exercises, real-life tips and techniques, and further feedback and counseling. Clients typically average 3 sessions with us, but each client is unique; depending on one’s specific situation and goals, more, or fewer, sessions may be appropriate.
